What concept or practice from the challenge would you like to explore further? How will you do so?
Create a “flourish” plan where you take your learnings from the last week and implement the practices to continue alchemizing your anxiety and claiming your joy. You can do this by answering the question: WHY do I want to implement this plan and practice, WHAT will I do as my practice, WHO will support me in the process, WHEN will I do it (and put it into your calendar), WHERE will I do this practice (set aside a special place) and how will I meet any obstacles that will arise.
