Reflect on your experience of using your senses in your meditation practice today. What did you notice? How did focusing on your senses help you deal with any feelings of anxiety that came up?
Write about a specific moment of anxiety that you experienced today and how you used sense-based meditation to work through it. What senses did you focus on? How did it help you feel more calm and present?
Think about how you can integrate sense-based meditation into your daily routine. Consider what activities you can do to bring more awareness to your senses, and write down a plan for how you will incorporate this practice into your life. How do you think it will help you manage anxiety in the long term?
