Reflect on your experience of speaking directly to your anxiety in your meditation practice today. Write about what it felt like to have this conversation with your anxiety. What insights did you gain?
Write a dialogue between you and your anxiety, asking it why it is there, what it wants, what it needs, and expressing gratitude to it. How did this conversation make you feel? What did you learn about your anxiety and yourself as a result?
Consider how this guided inquiry meditation practice has affected your relationship with anxiety. How has it changed the way you see and respond to anxiety? What have you learned about yourself and your anxieties as a result of this practice? Write about your insights and reflections on this topic.
