What is Flourish?

Flourish is a transformative 12-week Mindfulness Certification Program that will rejuvenate your meditation practice and certify you to begin leading mindfulness practices in a professional setting.

What You’ll Get:

  • An opening virtual mini retreat on Thursday, March 20, from 2:00pm-5:00pm EST

  • Weekly live group coaching calls every Thursday at 3:30 PM EST, starting March 27th through June 5th (recorded for flexibility)

  • A closing virtual mini retreat on Thursday, June 12, from 2:00pm-5:00pm EST

  • On-demand instructional video lessons where I’ll guide you through each week’s topic

  • Guided meditations to support your practice and help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life

  • Journaling prompts and exercises to reflect deeply on your growth

  • Opportunity for a practice partner for extra support and accountability

  • Access to a supportive, intimate community of like-minded individuals

  • The chance to earn 12 Continuing Education (CE) credits with Yoga Alliance 

  • Receive a Certificate in Mindfulness Practices from Mindfulness Consulting, LLC, pending successful completion of the program
