  • Why did you sign up for this experience? What do you want to explore? What are you hoping will be different at the end of this experience?

  • What is your intention in moving through this experience? How do you want to show up each week?

  • What areas of your life are going well? Where are you struggling?

  • Create a practice plan for yourself. When will you practice each day? How long will you practice for? Where will you practice? Do you foresee any obstacles in meeting these goals? If so, how will you overcome these obstacles in pursuit of your purpose for being here?

    You will return to this plan each week so put it somewhere you will see it regularly, like a note on your phone or a piece of paper on your desk.
